You can pay for items in a variety of ways -

You can pay by cheque
You can pay by Postal order
You can pay by Paypal
You can send Cash using the Post Offices 'Special Delivery' service, although we don't advise this.

 

Step 1.
Find the item you like and copy or make a note of the order code in the top right hand corner of the item display box. Then simply email us (using the Contact email button to your left in the item bar) to ensure that we have the item in stock. You can ask for any further measurements or indeed any information about the item(s) including additional pictures.

Step 2.

We will return your email with a friendly reply and give you a postage and packaging details. Please note all the items we send are insured and sent by recorded delivery as a default, but you can specify any type of postage you wish. We only deal with the Post Office for our postage, but if you do have your own courier service you are welcome to use that to make a collection from us.

The following items will cost the following by Royal Mail 'Signed For' recorded delivery service -

All other items will have to be individually weighed, so we can supply you a postage quote for these if they are an unusual size and weight. This rule will of course apply to the postage of multiple items.

Step 3.

Once you are happy with your order and you have decided a payment method, we can give you a total amount for your order. If you have decided to pay by Paypal we will send you an email 'Invoice' which you can then complete and return. Please note you cannot pay by Paypal unless you are a registered user, so click here to visit the paypal website. You will find that it is an easy and convenient way of paying for items if you are not already a member.

For cheque payment please be aware that the cashing time of your cheque is 3-4 working days. We will only send your item once the cheque has cleared.

Cheques must be made payable to - R. NORTH.



Step 4.

Once the item has been sent we will send you an email with the Royal Mail recorded delivery number so you can track the whereabouts of your order. Then when you order has arrived please notify us with an email to make sure all is well.
